This tweak has been around for a very long time, and has long been a reason for users to jailbreak. SBSettings gives you the ability to access all of your favorite toggles via a simple Activator gesture (swipe across status bar, pull down from status bar, etc.). SBSettings comes with many default toggles like WiFi, Bluetooth, Airplane Mode, 3G, Brightness, and many more. SBsettings is similar to NCsettings except with SBsettings there are tons of other toggles and themes that you can find in Cydia.

This theme has been around since iOS 4.1 but it is compatible from iOS 4 throught to 6.1. Sadly this theme hasn't been optimised for the iPhone 5 or any iPad versions there for it is only with the phone 4, iPhone 4S and iPod Touch (4th Gen). Tendance HD is hands down one of the most clean iPhone 4/iPhone 4S Themes for its age. The icons are well designed adding bright colors and a lot of detail straight to your Homescreen. You need to try this theme on your iPhone to see the true beauty of this theme. This Theme is free however you won't find it in the BigBoss Repo or Modmyi Repo so it is only available from cydia from sources such as the insanlyi Repo or BiteYourApple Repo.
